Getting an error when an employee is trying to add an ICP


ERROR

"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACE-60097:Server Exception during PPR, #24"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Self-Service Requests
2. Add Plan & Option
3. Click OK and see the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add an ICP.
