Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Service Request

User is trying assign him self multiple SRs. But getting following error - An error occurred while trying to update the service requests.(SVC-5295240).

An error occurred while trying to update the service requests.(SVC-5295240).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to SR landing page and Select the "Unassigned Open SRs in My Queue"
2. Click on "Actions" dropdown and select "Assign to Me" option.
3. Choose multiple SRs and click on "Assign to me" button.
