Wrong Year Value Passed when BI Report is Executed for December Month using Data Management (Doc ID 2873429.1)

When executing data load rule which is configured to execute BI report in ERP, it passes wrong Year value when executed for December month.

The issue is only with December month, other month’s works fine.
