Fusion Global Payroll – Assignment Status "Suspended - no Payroll" With Payroll Status As “Don't Process” Is Not Prorating the Salary When the Change Is Happening in the Middle of the Month (Doc ID 2873545.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Employee assignment status updated to "Suspended - no Payroll" in order to suspend both Payroll and HR status after a particular date in a month.
Payroll is not getting calculated for either of the periods, before the change or after.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Salary to be paid till the date employee assignment status is updated to suspended.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the assignment status to "Suspended-No Payroll" in the middle of the month.
2. If the user updates the assignment status by 14th of month, then the Payroll is not processing at all.
3. Whereas, if user updates the assignment status by last date of the month, the salary is processed.
