On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Help Desk

NEXT GEN EMAIL RESPONSE template not triggered from Compose Message in Next Gen Compose Message

We have setup EMAIL RESPONSE template (Response Email) with one line message and link to Help Desk page but users not receiving the Response message body from the email template

Why Email Response template is not working from Next Gen Help Desk?
