Estimated SOH for Pack Items Attribute Incorrect Due to Integration Code Defect (Doc ID 2873615.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 21, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service - Version 19.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate notional pack item data from MFCS to SIOCS, the item attributes such as Item Type and ESTIMATE SOH FOR PACK are incorrectly persisted in SIOCS. This causes the estimated SOH for pack items whose inventory is maintained at the component items to not be sent in the StoreInventoryService. lookupInventoryInStore WS.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a simple pack and its components in MFCS with the following settings

Store Pack Indicator = N
SOH Inquiry at Pack Level = Y

2. Let the data flow into SIOCS via the BDI process flow.
3. Notice that the ITEM.ESTIMATE_SOH_FOR_PACK = N

This results in the estimated SOH to be zero in the webservice call.
