22A: Responsive Worklist not working

Facing issues with Responsive worklist when users are trying to access it.
Worklist from Bell icon is working properly but the button under Tools section is not working.

The transactions are not getting opened. Some Managers have access to only this navigation to edit transactions that have been sent for additional information and they are not able to do it.
