On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Additions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After capitalizing an asset, the Recent Additional Tab shows the asset duplicated. The initial CIP asset was interfaced from Payables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Recent Additional Tab shows the asset one time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Asset was created in CIP for the invoice that was transferred from AP to FA
  2. The task, "Capitalize CIP Asset" was performed for the CIP Asset created in step1
  3. Go to Assets Inquire > Recent Additions
