After 22B Upgrade: Unable To Access BPM Worklist With An Error (Doc ID 2874142.1)

Symptoms

 On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Technology Management - System Administration

When attempting to open the bpm worklist the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An internal error has occurred please contact the administrator or oracle support for help

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Clicking on the worklist button and the error appears when the worklist opens

An internal error has occurred please contact the administrator or oracle support for help

2. There is no error on the bpm worklist administration area. It happens for all users.

 

Changes

 Post 22B upgrade customers are facing this issue.
