Failed To connect to PROD DB Machine In The Cloud Using The SSh Key Anymore (Doc ID 2874294.1)

Goal

Cannot connect to our PROD DB machine in the cloud (xxxxxx tenant) using the ssh key anymore. I used to connect to the machine using this ssh key & now it started to ask me for a passphrase which I don't have.

login as: opc
Authenticating with public key "rsa-key-XXXXXX"
Passphrase for key "rsa-key-XXXXXXX":
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So we cannot connect to the PPROD DB machine anymore to perform maintenance.
