TCC: How to export a Candidate UDF change from History (Doc ID 2874330.1)

Goal

In Recruiting, a Candidate UDF change is seen in the history tab with the following for "Details/Comments":

TestABC before change: No

 

However, in an export a projection based on Profile,HistoryItems,ApplicationHistoryUpdateItem.CandidateUpdates,Event,Description  this is returned:

{1} before change: {0}
