Fusion Global HR: Salary Region Is Not Appearing in Change Assignment Quick Action Upon Changing Languages Between English to Dutch

Symptoms
In the ‘change assignment’ quick action, upon switching between language American English & Dutch, salary region is not appearing.
Step1:
1. In the language preferences, set to American English and perform the below steps:
2. Navigate to My Client Group.
3. Click on More link.
4. Click on Change Assignment quick action.
5. Search for an employee, upon choosing ‘What is the way to change the assignment?’ – choose ‘Assignment Change’, 6 sections got enabled (when and why, Assignment, Maintain Managers, Salary, Add Subordinates (if applicable), Comments and Attachments).
Step2:
Use the same user login and perform below steps:
1. In the language preferences, set to Dutch.
2. Navigate to My Client Group.
3. Click on More link.
4. Click on Change Assignment quick action.
5. Search the same employee, upon choosing ‘what is the way to change the assignment?’ – choose ‘Assignment Change’, Salary section is missing.
