FAW: Asset Transaction Subject Area in FAW Report Not Showing All Asset Transactions (Doc ID 2874549.1)

Symptoms

FAW Report does not show all Asset transactions in 'Assets Transactions' Subject Area. OTBI report shows every Asset transactions associated to the asset. 
OTBI Report shows (Asset Transactions - Real Time) with Transaction Number.  The same assets in FAW been queried from DW_FA_SLA_TRANSACTIONS_CF table (fact table associated with 'Assets Transactions' Subject Area) showing no results
Why the data in OTBI are not reflected in FAW Report.
