CSS Syntax Errors In Visual Builder After Upgrade (Doc ID 2874640.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the upgrade to 22.07.0 there are many syntax errors in the VB design GUI audit log that were not there before. A few examples of these errors relate to "no response body" or "Should not have fewer than 1 properties" etc...

Thousands of these errors show up mostly in webApps/webapp/resources/css/ApplicationsCloudUI/3.0.1/web/ApplicationsCloudUI.css.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should not be new errors. The CSS styling also should not change between versions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check the audit log for the application. The application also appears incorrectly, such as fields being moved out of position.

Changes

 Upgraded Visual Builder from 21.04.0 to 22.07.0
