What is  PO_VERSIONS.CHANGE_ORDER_STATUS = DRAFT on following document?
PO_VERSIONS.CHANGE_ORDER_STATUS doesn't have Value: DRAFT but Value: INCOMPLETE on Database.

    Status of the change order. Valid values include:- DRAFT- PENDING APPROVAL- PENDING ACCEPTANCE- PENDING SIGNATURE- PRE-APPROVED- PROCESSED
