When Creating or Updating Contract Clauses the Text Field Isn't Enabled (Doc ID 2874889.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Unable to create clauses or create new versions of the existing ones as the Text field isn't enabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Whenever customer goes into a contract to create or modify existing clauses, the Text field has to appear enabled to allow the modification.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

CREATE A NEW CLAUSE
1. Go to Terms Library >> Select Clauses Tab

2. Click on Plus sign >> a new page opens in order to create a New Clause in the Clause Details section there's a Text Field that should be enabled. In this case it is disabled.

EDIT AN EXISTING CLAUSE

1. Go to Terms Library >> Select Clauses Tab

2. Click on the name of an existing Clause >> a page where you can Edit the Clause opens, in the Clause Details section the Text Field should appear enabled with the existing text of the Clause. In this case it only appears the text but unable to edit it.
