Symptoms

Batch removing STAGE_TRAN_DATA record from the table RMS_RDE_BATCH_STATUS.

The SALSTAGE job in the nightly cycle failed in MFCS with the error ''ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_RMS_RDE_BATCH_STATUS)". The logs for the job failure have been attached.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run all the jobs related to SALSTAGE
2. Check the entry for the STAGE_TRAN_DATA record is still present in the table RMS_RDE_BATCH_STATUS

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the batch gets failed unless the customer deletes the entry for the job_name STAGE_TRAN_DATA from the table RMS_RDE_BATCH_STATUS.
