Case Type Mapping To New Workflow Is Not Happening For KYC_OB. (Doc ID 2875037.1)

Goal

Case Type mapping to new workflow is not happening for KYC_OB.
1.Create new workflow.
2.Select the app id as 'ECM XE' and Service id as 'Common_Service_WS001 - OFS_COMM'.
3.Navigate to Application Security Administration>CaseTypes.
4.Select the KYC_OB case and select the edit icon.
5.Choose the newly created workflow from the dropdown and click on save.
6. Save is not happening with the below access issue
'User prohibited from accessing the case'
7.This access issue is not there for other case types.(Access issue is happening only for the KYC_OB case type).
