On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Webservices and Rest APIs

Issue with Loading Award with REST API getting JBO-GMS:::GMS_PERS_DATE_CONFORM validation issue

However the person's start dates do show that they are active during this awards time period. It is my understanding that the person needs to be active before the start date of the award and that their end date is after the end date of the award.

126: "400 Bad Request: [JBO-GMS:::GMS_PERS_DATE_CONFORM: GMS-2145035First Name Last Name isnt active in HCM for the award duration.The start date 08-26-2002 and end date 12-31-4712 of the person in HCM isnt within the range of the award start date 07-01-2022 and end date 06-30-2023.]",


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When trying to load an award using Award REST API getting the following error message for a primary investigator:

126: "400 Bad Request: [JBO-GMS:::GMS_PERS_DATE_CONFORM: GMS-2145035First Name Last Name isnt active in HCM for the award duration.The start date 08-26-2002 and end date 12-31-4712 of the person in HCM isnt within the range of the award start date 07-01-2022 and end date 06-30-2023.]",
