Unable To Connect To Dataviewer (ORDS), It Is Failing With "404 Not Found error" (Doc ID 2875153.1)

Goal

On attempting to access Data Viewer, user gets the following error:

"404 Not Found The request could not be mapped to any database. Check the request URL is correct, and that URL to database mappings have been correctly configured".
