Goal
Currently for the out of the box NavMenu component, it is auto populated based on the page hierarchy in Site Builder.
This component renders a navigation bar, where each top level parent page has dropdown child pages, such as:
Currently if the top level parent page menu item is clicked on, user is sent to the top level parent page.
Is there a way to prevent the top level parent page menu item from being clickable, and be only a dropdown container?
For example, if a user clicks on the "Home" menu item, this click would do nothing and does not send user to the Home page.
