Symptoms
A network connection reset can manifest in several different symptoms.
To name a few:
- When establishing a connection, an application might report a "Connection timeout" error.
- An application or system service might return an "ECONNRESET" error.
- An application or system service might return a "Connection refused" error.
These are just a few examples, there are other scenarios related to network connectivity problems that this document might apply.
