An Error occurs in the excel sheet when trying to upload data using Import Maps

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new CO with Sequence Generated numbering method.
2. Create batch from itemBatches Rest (non pimdh spoke)
3. Update/Patch the same batch with NIR and CO options
4. Error is returned from the itemBatches

Response Returned:
An object of type Change Order with the name already exists. Enter a unique name.
