Formula Ignores Special Characters During Concatenation

When viewing field populated by formula, the value is missing characters
Field to include the special characters as included in the formula
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier
- Check the affected Business Process
- Open one of the records
- Look at the Details > General tab
- Notice that the characters mentioned in uDesigner are missing (i.e. slash "/")
