Error When User Accounts Accessed In Security Console

The customer is getting this error message when he is accessing user profile through the Search function in User Accounts from Security Console.
The issue is not appearing for all users.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access Fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Users -> search an user
oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.info.common.InvalidArgumentException: JPS-04031: Parameter "principal name" is null or empty.
