Cannot Open CPQ Quote From Salesforce In IPad (Doc ID 2875422.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Can't open a quote from Salesforce. Users get a blank screen on mobile using safari browser

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create or edit quotes  without issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Open Safari on an iPad
2) Navigate to any opportunity/quote and either create new or edit a quote.
3) Wait for the page load.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Because of this, users cannot see quotes using Ipad or Iphone
