Symptoms

When using any of the 2 processes below to Mass create Performance Documents the following error occurs "You Are Not Authorized To Access This Content" when monitoring the process in Import and Load Data

1. Schedule Processes >> Manage Eligibility Batch Process >> Create Performance document : YES

2. My Client groups >> Performance >> Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents >> Create Performance Documents
