On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to Create a Location,
the following error occurs.

The postal code isn't valid. Enter a value in the format NNNN or ANNNNAAA where N is a number and A is an upper case letter. (HRX-1561374).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Location
2. Enter Name
3. Enter Code
4. Country = Argentina
5. Postal Code = C1106 CABA
6. Error occurs
