Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to select the Attachments section of Edit Document Type page,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error#9":
An error occurred while invoking task Document Types. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Settings and Actions
2. Setup and Maintenance
3. Document Types task
4. Search for the document type
5. Select the Attachments section
6. Error message is showing:
"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error#9":
An error occurred while invoking task Document Types. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.
