PROD_v22: Retail home - POM application unavailable under Notifications

Following the provisioning of the POM v22, how is it possible to access the POM notifications setup?

From the documentation this is expected to be done on Retail Home: https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/retail/retail-process-orchestration-monitoring/22.1.201.0/rpoim/c_notifications.htm#Notifications-466829E7
However Retail Home is not showing any "POM" application on the drop down list.
