A Video-Plus Asset Is Stuck With 'Processing' (Doc ID 2875990.1)

Symptoms

When creating some Video-Plus assets in the Oracle Content Management (OCM) instance, one of them does not show preview but stuck with the display "Processing" while others were successfully processed and the preview displayed. Also, Kaltula player cannot play the asset content but returns "ENTRY_ID_NOT_FOUND" error.

The asset information retrieved via REST API shows the status in advancedVideoInfo as "CREATED" as following. (The status is "READY" once the asset has been processed successfully.)
