Symptoms

User able to access reports in OAC even after removing all application roles

After removing all the application roles like BI Consumer and DV Consumer for a user, the user is still able to run reports by accessing it through their Home Page (Recent section) in OAC.
Requirement is to restrict the user from accessing content in OAC after removing their application roles of 'BI Consumer' or 'DV Consumer'.
