CcResizeImage Error "Dynamic Imaging Capacity Exceeded" (Doc ID 2876081.1)

Symptoms

Some product images are not displayed correctly on their pdp, the issue seems directy related to ccResizeImage as the 'base' image loads when directly navigated too


base image version is displayed correctly:
https://www.<host>.com/ccstore/v1/images/?source=/file/v1234567890123456/products/12345_6.jpg

resized version returns an error "Dynamic imaging capacity exceeded." or ""SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data" depending on browser
https://www.<host>.com/ccstore/v1/images/?source=/file/v1234567890123456/products/12345_6.jpg&height=500&width=500
