Symptoms
The release schedule process is running longer than previous version of OTM. Additional Shipments are now being updated with Reservation -Closed unexpectedly and agents were triggering off the Shipment Status for other downstream processes and causing performance issues.
Changes
Test and Production Environments were updated from 21C to 22A.
