ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"View Statement of Earnings" tasks is not available in Smart Actions after 22B Update.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"View Statement of Earnings" tasks should be available in Smart Actions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Person Management > Search for an employee.
2. Click on the Smart Actions for an employee.
3. "View Statement of Earnings" task is not available in Payroll Smart Actions

Changes

 Update to 22B
