Symptoms
Users are unable to enable the Check Box - First flag CFA for Supplier from UI.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create Check Box Supplier CFA - Send to Customer First Flag.
2. Activated it.
3. Try updating this CFA value for a Supplier from UI.
4. Encountered error- 'java.lang.NumberFormatException'.
