Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: The Approval Banner is not Shown When a Job Requisition is in status "Approval Pending"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The environment has been configured so that a job requisition requires approval by the line manager.
- The user creates a job requisition from my client groups/hiring/add/<fill in details>/submit
- The approval is correctly sent to the Line Manager
- The status of the requisition changes to 'Approval Pending' in the UI
However the requisition yellow banner "Approval in Progress..." is not shown.
It is also not shown elsewhere in the environment, for example, it does not show for Job Offer Approval, or Personal Information Approvals
Note: the approval banner for job requisitions is new in 22B, and does not require any set up steps as mentioned in :
section called "BANNERS FOR JOB REQUISITION APPROVAL"
