'File Record Detail ' UI Search Filters Are Not Working

On ORMB v22.214.171.124.0, Users gets an error when searching records
'File Record Detail ' UI search filters are not working. it is giving following error.
User should able to search records successfully.
The zone SQL number 1 has encountered an exception.
Message Number 11007, 11013
Note that post upgrade, this issue is observed in all upgraded environments.
1. Navigate to -->File Upload Dashboard..search for file with some error records.
2. Click on error record count link--> to 'File Record Details'.
3. Search for records with different filter conditions like RECORD IDENTIFIER1,2,3, etc.
4. After clicking on 'Search' button, UI throws error message 'The zone SQL number 1 has encountered an exception'
