Symptoms

Customer has created an Access Group using an Analysis Report.
The users on this Access Group are not being updated with the latest users after the jobs Evaluate Person IDs for Assignment Rule and Reconcile Access Groups complete.

There is also an issue where when new community members are added, they are not appearing in the community.

Changes

 The Profile Option ORA_WLF_ENABLE_PROCESS_USER_ACCESS_KEY has been enabled.
