DC_ITEM Failures Without Any Valid Reason - But Getting Processed On Retry (Doc ID 2877398.1)

Symptoms

DC_ITEM Failures without any valid reason - but getting processed on retry

This behavior has been observed with DC Tool in mock conversion, mostly on pack items upload.
Even though we start uploading pack items only after conversion of the component items successfully completes, we see the below errors in our pack item upload process :

PACK_FAILED
PACKITEM_COMP_REQ
ITEM_HAS_ERRORS

A few of the packs in the upload fail with these errors while the remaining goes through fine.

Taking an example of below pack item:

10105376 4 10105373 10105343

All the component items are successfully processed in process id 2382

select process_id, PROCESS$STATUS from rdc01.svc_item_master where item in('10105206','10105371','10105372','10105373','10105374') ;
--2382, PS

However, the pack item failed three times with the above mentioned errors before successfully being processed.

select process_id, PROCESS$STATUS from rdc01.svc_item_master where item in('10105376');

The pack item got processed fine after uploading 4 times. We need to find the reason why it was rejected multiple times before going through fine without any data change.
