On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Service Request
When Using Import Management To Delete Service Requests With The "Delete Record" The Service Requests Are Still Visible.
In the HR Help Desk module, when attempting to delete SRs with confidential information using the Import Management tool to update the records with a "Delete Record" action,
it is completed with no error. The report for all SR data is empty, however, all of the SRs that were deleted are still on displayed on the UI.
How can these SRs be fully deleted and not display on the UI?
