Full List Of Security Value Sets Are Not Available In Grant Assignment (Doc ID 2877566.1)

Symptoms

Full list of security value sets is not visible in Grant assignment.
Steps to reproduce issue

  1. Navigate to Console --> Security
  2. Select a User from Users
  3. Click on "Assign Groups" and Select a Group
  4. Double Check the selected Group is visible under "Groups"
  5. Now click on "Security Assignments" --> "Grant Assignments"
  6. In the "Assign Security Assignments" page, select a value for "Security Context"
  7. It is observed that full list of Security value sets are not visible even though they are present.
    However, it is visible and able to assign to User when searched in the "Search Assignment Values"
