ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue in Contribution Percentage in Contracts

User have loaded contribution percentage through Contracts Standard template(import). User is passing value in column 'ContributionPercent' as '100'. For some contracts, the contribution percent is loaded as 100% but for some its loaded as 1%( when expected to be 100%).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contribution percentage to be 100%

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an CSV
2. Load the CSV
3. For one contract the contribution percentage it is 1% and for others it is 100%
