ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Person Management page, Effective As-of Date is different from current date.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Person Management page, Effective As-of Date should be same as current date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Person Management -> Advanced Search
2. Effective As-Of date is set to a specific date
