Customer is trying to provide role permissions in OBIEE for folders and dashboards. Role is created and available in Security Console, but in BI they are unable to find a custom created role.
All the necessary LDAP processes are run and still face the same issue. How to make role available in BI to be assigned to folders or dashboards?
