SR will show created by MOSPARTNER-OCIONECONSOLE_WW@ORACLE.COM and customer will get the error File Screenshot_from_xxxxxxx.png was uploaded by an unregistered user xxxxxx and was NOT attached to the SR. Please contact your organization's Customer User Administrator to ensure that user is properly registered before they attempt to upload a file again.


Unregistered user will also not be found in Profile Tool.
