PCS Integration Call Failed with Error 401--Unauthorized After the Instance Creator Leave the ORG (Doc ID 2877910.1)

Symptoms

A PCS process creator who got deactivated causing the Integration call failed with Error 401--Unauthorized. But it still failed whether reactivating the creator's account or using service admin role account.

 

Changes

 The instance creator's IDCS account was disabled after leave the ORG.
