Backups are being taken to Oracle Cloud using Oracle Database Cloud Backup Module.
When Oracle binaries were on previous version, backups completed in an hour. After applying DBRU patch, the backups slowed down to ten hours.
Changes
Oracle Database binaries were upgraded from 19.9 to 19.14.
Other report was an upgrade to applying April PSU 19.15.0.0.220419 and rman backup to S3.
