22B: Email From Display Name (Alias) not working as expected for Workflow Approval emails (Doc ID 2878272.1)

Symptoms

Once setting the Alias described in the documentation below:

The Email "From:" Display Name is not working as expected

For example: After setting the From Alias to: "Test From Alias"

Expected Result: The approval email From Address would show as: Test From Alias <your pod>.fa.sender@workflow.mail.<your data center>.cloud.oracle.com

Actual Result: The approval email is sent only with email address without alias ie: Your Company <

 

Please note: This is occurring for all three options: TEXT Option, SUBMITTER, and PREVIOUS APPROVER. Also, this applies to both REPLY TO and FROM addresses.
