Error Message while importing classification rules

ERROR
WARNING: Attribute Incentive Compensation Business Unit for rule 2751b8a9ca85ce6e3c2812a9281033f00a78d21ecffbc76a19836104cbcc5c26**PA_IMPORT**300012987407558 was imported successfully, but it is disabled in the current environment for the intended use (credit and/or classification).
WARNING: Attribute Transaction Amount for rule MFL Large Loans was imported successfully, but it is disabled in the current environment for the intended use (credit and/or classification).
WARNING: Attribute Transaction Amount for rule MFL Other Loans was imported successfully, but it is disabled in the current environment for the intended use (credit and/or classification).
WARNING: Attribute Transaction Amount for rule CML Large Loans was imported successfully, but it is disabled in the current environment for the intended use (credit and/or classification).
WARNING: Attribute Transaction Amount for rule CML Other Loans was imported successfully, but it is disabled in the current environment for the intended use (credit and/or classification).




STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Exported attached classification hierarchy from DEV6
2. Import into PROD , request_id 39062292 Import Rule Hierarchy process completed in Warning
